The girl took forever to pay and was known to be a problem and I cancelled before she paid after it ended since she never responded. So then she says something happenned to her emails or whatever the excuse was. Didn't really care but the nice person I am I decided I won't listen to everyone saying this person is no good who posted their theories on her after it ended on my auction. So I figure give her a chance and make my own decision based on my experience. DUMB MOVE! She paid and I shipped this monstrosity of a box after printing a label through paypal and took it to the post office with my ebay stuff and listia stuff and other places I sell. The guy at the window, John, took all the packages like he does every day and did the count that matched the scan form and scanned it since they were all counted to be there. I ship mostly 1 lb and under packages and this thing was about 4 times the size of the flat rate large boxes, 3 at the least. Was so heavy I couldn't lift it so Mike had to. So I know darn well that box would stick out like a sore thumb with all the smalls. This was parcel post shipped on June 21st. She hasn't gotten it for some reason unknown to anyone. It has not come back here. She did not ask for insurance on it so there's no claim to file. She emailed me today threatening me after multiple normal emails back and forth. Accusing all sorts of things. The label was paid out of paypal and the delivery confirmation plainly shows the post office accepted it. What do I do with her now? She thinks I took her money and there never was a box. Which is crazy. The label costed us 22 dollars alone that we put on the box for shipping! I do not think I should refund her because I am out my stuff and my shipping money and I did all I said I would. I took it to the post office. They did whatever they did not me. So why should I pay? She didn't put insurance on it and she is threatening to go to paypal which is fine. She will lose since it shows it was accepted at the post office in Masontown, Pa. She says paypal will stop me from selling on the boards if she files a complaint which one has nothing to do with the other. And anyone who knows me in the slightest knows I did not handle threats and accusations nicely. Especially saying that I was conspiring with the guy at the post office who she is going to get into trouble so she thinks. She accused me of creating a farce and making her look stupid for believing me!!!! i don't think i should get all the credit for that one! I would bet she went off on them like she did me. I will definately be making a trip in tomorrow to see John the window guy and the postmaster because I am getting tired of them losing or delivering late or damaging things regardless of where the damage/loss is done. I have complained before but this is it! I think I will start going to a neighboring town post office where I never had any problems 10 miles round trip though. Of course it is run by ll females!!! No wonder it went well there always! What do i do with her. I am no longer capable of being nice after the nasty email and I do not wish to refund her money but I do have a good selling reputation so now what...... She threatens to post here after she says she won't and is on other boards though it really doesn't matter about the selling on the board. I could live without it. I do most other places just shop on the boards. Though more people know me from buying on the others so I think she would be more out than in trying to black ball me that way. What would you all do with her? I know the threats and crazy emails need to go! 1|1|So, you have proof the box was delivered to her Post Office? about slow arrivals, damages and some getting lost. They just give you the we ship blah blah blah many a day and that's where I stop listening because they just don't care. I am going to have to go higher up I think. They have to be accountable somewhere! I am just grateful it shows they took it. There's at least that much going for me! I am hoping it gets to her just slowly rather than lost or comes back here postage due. How the heck they lose a box that big, I do not know. Seems like they only care about the priority mail anymore. Parcel post even gets put on last after priority is all loaded on the trucks and planes. 4|3|? ok so YOU dropped it off at that po? Parcel Post is in my opinion very unreliable. My grandma lives 3 hours away and always mails out Christmas gifts Parcel Post and it took 9 days to get here. This is only 3 hours away. It's been 15 business days since you shipped your package and there is a good chance it is just slowly making its way there. I used to sell alot of books on half.com and Media Mail was the same way. Sometimes it went across the country in 3 days and sometimes it took nearly a month which always stressed me out when that happened. The good thing is you have the proof it was mailed. That is the most important thing. I would give your post office a call tomorrow and see if they can check on things for you. first of all, i decided this afternoon to call and make another lost mail report but then realized that they had left a message for me. i talked to the postmaster closest to my home address and he looks up the delivery confirmation number and tells me there is nothing there! so i am given a number for the masontown, pa P.O. i call up and talk to john, who might i add is very rude to me and says if he/she says it was shipped it was shipped. he then goes on to tell me he doesnt check to see if the packages match or not, he just scans the paper and off he/she goes! this is from his mouth and i told wegogo, today that is why im reporting this as its not a safe practice and it couldve prevented this all from happening. anyways, john tells me to call my local p.o. back and i do and he again gives me another number for where the packages go in pittsburgh, pa. so i call them and they tell me the same thing, this went no where. i am then given the number for consumer affairs and talk to the gal there, who i again give the tracking number to again! at this point i am getting fed up as this has taken me 2-3 hours out of my afternoon. anyways, i talk to the gal from consumer services who looked further into it and says that a shipping label was generated but nothing was ever sent from that location, ever! i can call them back and get the email from them verifying this. she then tells me to call john back and talk to him and i do and he gives me a song and dance. i then tell him what the consumer services gal says(this is from the main p.o. located there) and he said shes full of crap. so i again, call my local contact back and he had left 5 minutes before i call back and so i talk to him instead. he then proceeds to tell me that there were 7 packages on the list for which items were supposed to be dropped off and that this one was never even scanned into the system. he said they can see where the label was printed up but nothing was ever brought into the p.o. and scanned into the system. he said all 6 other packages were delivered(which i can also get an email verification for). so, i emailed her and asked for my money back and that i would post on the board if this was taken care of by 8pm my time, which right now its 7:00pm. emails got lost or whatever happened and then it got cancelled and i forwarded all emails that had been sent to her and i kept everything that i needed to show, i was in the right. as soon as i got the email showing what the shipping was, i sent paypal. 3 days later, the label was generated. to make a long story short, i asked for my money back and figured since it was never shipped, according to the p.o. in pittsburgh, it wasnt asking too much! so then i get an email back saying specifically "snoopy YOU!" i decided to look and see what she had posted. i talked to 5 different people today and everyone of them said it wasnt shipped. when i talked to consumer services, i was told the same thing. the kind gentleman from my local p.o. was the one who looked it up and told me the shipping label was generated but not sent in the mail.
so she asked what you would do in her shoes and now im asking you, what would you do in my shoes?? ive been had and im not going to take it lightly. i paid for this box and never received it! so then in the email i just sent, i ask for my money back minus shipping. is that too much to ask!!?? so not only am i willing to eat shipping cost for something never received but i was willing to keep quiet, if i got my auction money back. i could care less about shipping. the main reason why i bid on this was because there was some food items in it that i wanted and the few toy things for the kiddos and then this happens. anyways, post what you think!! 16|6|wegogo, you could easily verify what bubbag1 said about the other contacts saying this item was not scanned into the system....sounds like "John" at your local PO might know more than he is saying since he got so defensive when questioned....just my observation reading both sides of the issue.|saint6811|waylan@comcast.net|20:32:35|07/12/2011|

you could call the same numbers she did and ask the same questions, as you have the tracking number also....if you get the same answers, then you can address it with "John" at your PO since he seems to have taken it quite personally that this box was not scanned into the system.

the website shows that it was received at the post office at 4:15 p.m. on the 21st. We already said we were going in tomorrow to talk to them. I know I sent it. I know the scan form was counted and scanned. They do not scan each piece with a scan form. That's not how it works. She cannot get info on the other items because she was not the sender or the receiver. That is a lie! It shows online the package was was was was received. I am obligated to do nothing else. I was trying to help til she accuses me of having her! Being 3 points away from a genius IQ why would I spend huge money on a shipping label to fake a package that was counted and received at the post office?! She NEVER forwarded me any emails. She seems to have email problems as I keep seeing on here everywhere. I think if John showed any sign of frustration its because he was probably busy as it is a big post office with only him at the window normally and when she emailed me it was an hour or so before closing. I don't see reason to call the numbers she called because I already know the correct answers and I would go to court or take a lie detector test to prove I did what I was supposed to so I am not going to give a red cent back. Next time she should get insurance. After the nasty email she sent me I should not even be willing to talk to her. especially since half the stuff on here she never told me!

I do believe any problems are based out of my post office for a good percentage of the situation because it seems too often I have similar problems when I have never had these problems to any degree at any other post offices and I have been doing this selling online and mailing packages for a good 15 years closer to 20 for when I was mailing out from my store merchandise. In more than one state! But talking to them does no good. No way. I paid the postage and i have the proof and John will hear abiout this because he does verify packages. it was a very heavy big box and i know he will remember it! how many problems have you had on this board? see where im coming from. ive never not followed through with what i was supposed to. do you remember that you told me you had several problems on this board before. my deal is, the consumer affairs from pennsylvania, told me there was a shipping label generated but that is where the trail ends! my local p.o. also told me there were 7 items to be shipped and that only 6 of these items were scanned into the system to be sent out. i know there is a paper that gets scanned in, i understand that now but once packages leave and make it to their next stop, they all get scanned into the system. you know this if you are running a business. all the other packages safely made it to their destination. this one never even made it to the next stop at all. all im saying, is if you arent willing to find out what happened, then you are guilty! if you are not willing to make sure this trade goes through, then why isnt it your fault. if i was in pa, i would be the one hoofing it there. im here in ia and did what i could do on the phone. ive done all i can do except to call back to that po in the morning and talk to someone other than john and see where else i can do. i will not stop until all avenues have been exhausted on my end. if i had a package get lost, i would do what i could do, to help the other party out. why cant you just do that and try and figure out what happened to it and not just for you. i will keep this post updated and im hoping that you do the same. 29|11|So, what you or I did or had before our transaction does not change the fact that i shipped this box. They only will be scanned in at the receiving location when it comes in and when it goes out to the carrier for delivery. i am going in tomorrow. i keep telling you that. do words not register in your head so that they must be repeated until the repeator's tongue falls out? Do you have any comprehension skills? i see no reason to keep this post updated as I do not think anyone really cares about this mangerie! I started this to come up with ideas as to what I should do with you. And the fact that you said that your post office has had numerous problems previously indicates there's some possibility that it did get lost along the way and that bubbag is not just scamming you. It will show delivery, date and time and when it is on the truck for delivery when it gets there. I really do not think she is lieing and I swear my life I am not. a time or pattern someone takes packages to the post office or when someone's mail gets delivered. Perhaps she gets her pay by mail or valuable packages and if someone knew that and wanted to take it form her mail or anything else of value they would know approximately when the mail would be there to take. Never know these days how much is out there and who is looking at it. i don't feel its my place to give info that she may not want everyone else to have. I must say I am surprised the po gave her info on other packages that were shipped and already received the days hers was sent from the same scan form. They did not mention all my first class letter postage just parcels but still what if I did not want anyone knowing how much I ship or to where. Anytime any opportunity comes up to run her fingers about me she does. I have no idea why. I have never done anything wrong to her or anyone on here. Odd that you (bubbabag) posted the DC number but still said you doubted you'd get it. Sounds like your PO got it bright and early on the 19th. And that it was even sorted by 9:12AM yesterday. If you were at the PO anytime after 10 Am yesterday...I'd take a print out of the DC info into your PO and ask why you were told nothing about it. (I am assuming you ASKED or MENTIONED the box when you were at the PO yesterday?) If you just walked in for other services, I don't expect them to remember everyone's name and every package they have. But it looks like wegogo got it to the PO on June 21 as that is when it was ACCEPTED. The original expected delivery date was June 27th. Looks like the PO kinda dropped the ball and had it sitting a long time before they moved it out for delivery. I know they take their sweet patootin' time on parcel post. Just depends on their mood...if they want to haul a heavy box that day or not. So EVERYONE's anger at each other and ALL angry words (BOTH sides) should've been directed at the PO (the actual culprit).

So I don't know what can be done. She sent me an email saying she was going after me for getting her kicked off of here. and was supposed to be having daycare kids here. it was 115 on my temperature gauge in my van and my van is temperamental, sometimes it overheats and sometimes it doesnt. i wasnt willing to take the risk but the gal at the post office remarked that it didnt weigh no 29 lbs. and it had already taken almost 20 minutes to get the box and for her to look up some info on the box and there was a line of people. i knew it didnt have what it was supposed to in it as soon as i moved the box, so i could talk to her. anyways, i already reported her and will email garnette. as far as i am concerned this matter is done with as she actually emailed me back yesterday. she is sending her attorneys after me for getting her kicked off the site! well, that one is one her not me. i had nothing to do with that.

ETA: although I do feel the need to mention that I was very clear in requesting that (if she chose to mail her payment) she needed to please include a DC/tracking number and to send the # to me right away so that I could know approximately when to expect her payment, and she said she did not remember whether or not she included that - so unfortunately, I have no way of knowing when/if to expect her payment....since so many items are "lost in the mail" or whatever the case may be, I just wanted that assurance.
