To make a long story short - we have acquired 2 small kittens. Their mother died and they were not found until days later. They were rescued and we took them in as keepers for my daughter. They were very dehydrated and malnourished. Using a formula mixture from the vet, they began to recover and now, 2 weeks later, they are great, except... they have runny poop. We have tried everything and so far nothing has helped. The odor will run you out of the house as well. I've had kittens since I was a small child, and I've never seen anything quite like this. Otherwise they are perfectly healthy, chubby, playful babies. They are about 5 weeks old now and thank goodness began using the box right after we brought them in. The vet says be patient - but he doesn't have to clean this everyday! Any advice on a food that we might try. Thanks. 1|1|at 5 weeks old i started my kittens on kitten chow that might help thicken things up and they should have water too but the formula mix too |lydzkydz|lydzmcss@yahoo.com|19:13:57|07/08/2011|
