sorry it's not clickable - you'll have to copy/paste it... 1|1|Yup..... new mileage rates for the last 6 months of the year|Abbicca|Abbicca@insightbb.com|09:13:12|07/08/2011|

This means if you keep track of mileage for work, moving, OR medical...... be nice and save yourself time and effort later. Much easier to break it up NOW rather than after another 6 months.

Business/Work:

1/1-6/30/2011 .51/mile
7/1-12/31/2011 55.5/mile

Medical or Moving:
1/1 -6/30/2011 .19/mile
7/1- 12/31/2011 23.5/mile

Charitable:
1/1- 6/30/2011 .14/mile
7/1- 12/31/2011 .14/mile

IRS doesn't get to set the charitable rate---- something in their statutes sets it, so it isn't changing.
2|1|Ridiculous what you get for medical and charitable mileage compared to business miles!!!|padrifter|candles@nb.net|09:21:49|07/08/2011|
