Casey Anthony rcvd the maximum sentencing..... 4 years, served consecutively, with time served, good behavior and time granted each taken from the 4 year total. The judge stated that it would take about 1 hour to get ll of the figures together and then he would give her release date which he also stated he believed would be in either late July or early August.

Isnt that why they arrested her in the first place, and then while she was in jail the investigation into Caley's death continued? They then charged her with the murder of Caley. Regardless of the reason she was held in jail, she was never convicted of any other crime. Her time has been served for the lesser charges.
