Ok, I bought a dress for my daughter on ebay, first the lady did not ship until 5 days after I paid, then I get the dress and it has a stain and is missing sequins, it was described as EUC, So I email the seller and tell her I was disappointed as it was not EUC, it takes 4 days for a response, she offers to have me send back or give me a partial refund, I said the partial refund as I work all week and cant get to the PO till next weekend. so no refund after 3 days...I send email saying I will be leaving feedback tonight, sure enough a couple hrs later I get my refund. now she has 100% positive feedback from over 600 buyers, should I leave neg feedback or neutral or none? It's her error....why would she only offer a partial refund when the dress was stained and missing sequins? If she had offered a FULL refund then I would have left a positive feedback....but not for a partial.....sounds like she is profiting from her error.

It was not as stated...she should give you a full refund.
