Things are going pretty good here at "home"...I've been keeping really busy
cleaning my parents house. Ordered a new sliding glass door, that is going
to be delivered and installed tomorrow hopefully. With coupons, and griping
to the manager after a problem..I was able to save my mom & dad over $300 on
this little project. Next Week, i'm hoping to get the bathtub taken out and
have a enclosed shower installed so my dad and mom can get in and out easy.
I'm going to miss the bathtub when I'm here...BUT it will be better for them.
Haley has been doing really good. She is such a big helper here, and she is so
good with my parents. She's always saying "pappy, nana, anything I can do for you?"
She's really growing up. I posted some antiques in the paper that will come out tomorrow
hoping to sell those 3 or 4 items...with that money...I'm hoping to take care of the
shower and new carpet for my dads room. IF only I could get my mom to "let go" of
somethings...LOL BUT she likes what she likes, and wants to keep those..SO OK...I'll
just set them to the side!! Haley and I have been walking on the trail twice a week for
almost 2 hours each time..so we are keeping active with that. Today I am giving my mom's
doga a bath..they don't know that yet. Should be fun. they are mild except the chihuahua he
has split personalities...BUT I'll deal with him. BUT anyways..just wanted to say hello
to everyone...and I hope that all is well with everyone...and that you are all happy & healthy!!
My dad is doing good..and I'm so glad to be here to help them out with everything!! Hugs to you all!!

Good luck giving that Chihuahua a bath. LOL I have a Chihuahua cross & altho she doesn't mind the bath itself too much as long as there are some bubbles for her to play with, trying to dry her off is a whole different story. LOL I wear pot-holder gloves under the towel. ROFL!!

my mom and dad said today is a "nothing" day..it's suppose to be 100 and they don't want me
doing anything..I don't think I can do that..LOL but we'll see..
