Lately I have had more and more non paying buyers, the worst part is I can do nothing about it, one lady had only 6 feedbacks, 100% positive, but if you read the messages they were all negative comments about how this person did not pay!!! Unbelievable. ebay gives us sellers no way to leave bad feedback so we can only leave bad positive feedback, I am so mad, I am also mad because ebay does nothing to protect the buyer, I had one lady say that the NWT dress I sent her was full of holes, a total lie, I told her to send it back, I also called ebay and said I would be more than happy to send them the dress and show them it was in mint condition, they did not care. I am also mad because I score low on my shipping and handling fees yet I charge what the PO charges, I also told ebay i will send them my mailing receipts and they can see. On top of the fact ebay is taking 10% of my shipping fees, what kind of crap is that? I need to make extra money so I sell on ebay, but my gosh by the time ebay and paypal take their share I am out 20%. Anyone else maybe have the same issues and found a solution? Sorry just needed to vent cuz it really makes me mad.

It is disgusting and discouraging how dishonest buyers can be sometimes. I had a lady who said the beautiful cashmere sweater she received (for $5 no less) from me had a dent in the back like it had been hanging on a hook. Now I know for darn sure there was no dent (because 1. I look everything over before I sell, and 2. the lady who gave it to me to sell always, always uses hangers). Anyway, I told her to send it back to me and I would refund her money. Never heard from her again - I'm quite sure she was wanting me to just kick some money her way. Ridiculous.
I had a buyer leave me feedback the other day, "Fairly reasonable shipping"..."fairly", huh? I charge what the post office charges!
I think ebay wants to frustrate the small time sellers until we all quit and they can just use big box stores. Two thumbs down for ebay!

If you say in your listing that you ship within 24 hours of payment.... and you truly do.... they will not allow anyone to leave you bad feedback on shipping time.... that's the only thing they told me... but it truly helped get my ratings up. Because you can ship the day the auction ends, and the person gets the package two days later... they still say it took too long! UGH.

I have SOOO much stuff I want to sell and really need the money.. Have just started on eBay but after weeks of trying, I haven't sold a darn thing.. People are wanting something for nothing..
I DO have in my clause that I will refund if not satisfied with the item but I will not pay for the postage for them to return.. THEY need to pay for the postage..
