Seems weird to sleep somewhere else, then come home shower and go to work! It's been a long time since I've done that! LOLI've always thought I don't sleep well... guess I'll find out for sure. Apparently Kidney Issues and Sleep Issues go hand in hand. This will be very interesting. My husband had sleep apena he used a c pak for 6 months couldnt waer them any more
Dr ENT did a surgery on my husband removed he uvula in his throat never snored again and never had anouther problem after that

in two weeks for a second sleep study.
The first one is normally just a baseline study to see how you sleep. Then you go back for the second study using a cpap machine to see what settings you need.

since he woke up 90 times without actually waking up over the course of 7 hrs...we did the cpap machine-he would take it off and put it back on in the night without even knowing it...not sure how, as it is a plastic mask with elastic that holds it (around the head)...Finally did the surgery and had a sinus passage corrected...Headaches are predominantly gone as is the snoring...good luck! 6|1|As I told Laurie My husband used c pak for 6 months.......|melpaul|Melpaul199@aol.com|19:28:22|06/16/2011|

he had his uvela taking out from ent dr, never snored again is normal It's worth a suggestion to ask your dr for all who where them
It's ver very safe too It's not for all if your overweight you need to lose but its like night and day

them with me in an appointment on the 30th. They didn't go into details. Just said I went into rem sleep several times, which is actually pretty good, but that there are several Sleep Apnea issues that they have to go over with me, because I definately have it. Pretty much figured there was something... because you shouldn't wake up after a long night sleeping and still be yawning all morning!
We'll see what happens. Just hope nothing is serious. He did mention that the doctor would probably discuss a cpap machine and something else with me. We'll see. 9|3|Been using a C-Pap for over 8 years now and once you get use to it - you never want to sleep without it again. If you get tired alot right now - just wait.
