4|4|It's a dog that belongs to someone else. It has paralyzed back legs like my dog had several years ago. I had a wheelchair for the man to use for his dog as the dog is about the same size, weight etc. The dog may need surgery and the family can't afford it. |lv2qpon|jcummins1@rochester.rr.com|17:30:58|06/12/2011|
