I have tried everything; it won't even let me reset my password... seems like it is not recognizing my email address.  I have checked and rechecked my typing, caps lock, etc.<P>I simply cannot get into my account.  Is anyone else having this issue?<P>Thanks for the sanity check :)<BR>Shel

When I retype everything, it is not correct.  yet, it will not let me use the link to send me my password via email :(  <P>I appreciate that  you checked your account ... thanks!
