We have been having pickup trucks and a few cars broken into here for about the past 2 years......Knew it was someone in the middle of the night on a bicycle......But couldn't catch him.......About 2 months ago a neighbor told my husband that he saw someone trying to break into our truck and called the cops......There were 5 cops on our driveway all around Joe's truck............Now last night around 3 in the morning, My grandson (daugher lives 3 houses away) wokd up because the dog was barking......He saw people walking all around their lanai and he and my son in law went out there to see what was happening.......Seems the cops, 2 of them rode bikes around and spotted the guy.....there were 9 cop and trooper cars, K-9 unit and the fire department emergency truck.........Guess where they finally found him hiding...In a bush under my grandsons window.......And the K-9 dog was the one that tracked him down.......wss laughing so hard when he told us about it today......So glad they finally did get this guy because he was breaking the rear windowns in the pickups and robbing the stuff in there......He got my one grandson last year for $300. worth of cds from his car, and my son in laws golf clubs and have come over in our court and got a couple of people too......Scott just took the dog and a bat and went out to see what was happening, so glad the k 9 dog did less damage to the guy than Scott would have......
