Ive been watching it everyday. Its truly shocking how that girl lies like its nothing. I think
shes a very sick person. Before the trial started I felt she did it,then the trial started
and they said caylee drowned. I thought hmmmm maybe but now after watching more and more
I think she actually murdered that baby! but the trial isnt over yet so I could change my mind.
What are your thoughts?

I know awful things like this happen (Susan Smith & Andrea Yates come to mind) but I have such a hard time wrapping my mind around how any woman could do that to their child, a child they nurtured & carried for 9 months in their own body.
I would like to think Casey didn't do this to adorable little Caylee but her actions & behavior sure don't look promising. Why couldn't she just leave that little girl w/her parents???

i hate to think that she did it to that beautiful little girl. but what if she really was molested by her dad that would be why shes messed up like she is, they say her dad has a real bad temper and is very controlling and as a former cop he knows how to beat the system. i really dont know what to believe. i know that shes not really getting a fair trial everyone has her tried and convicted already and they said that two of the jurors fall asleep everyday so they arent even listening to whats going on.if she did it i hope she gets death but if she didnt i hope that they can prove it. 3|2|I have no idea if she did it or not, but IF she was molested by her father ( which would explain a lot of her behavior) I would bet that is why she didn't leave her daughter with her parents. I was wanting to know if anybody ws following it also.. Glad this subject came up again.. I've been following it since the beginning.. I think Jose B, the defense attorney for Casey, made a BIG mistake in accusing Casey's dad and brother of molestation and accidental drowning because they didn't have enough evidence to back that up and now it just makes Casey look even worse. If they are proved innocent in this, then that only means that Casey was willing to lie yet again, and willing to throw her own father and brother under the bus. I think she is truely an evil person and doesn't even know how to tell the truth.

There's too much evidence against her already.
1. Car smelled like someone died in it.
2. Strand of her daughter's hair in car.
3. If your Daughter was missing for 1 day or even an hour, wouldn't you notify the police and start combing the area.
No, she waited 31 days before she reported her missing. Why would you wait that length of time unless you knew she wasn't ever coming home and besides she went out partying, now she is free of any obligation. She should have just given her up for adoption if she didn't want her or most likely tired of having a "kid" around.
4. Then she blames her Father for the drowning.
5. Then she blames her Mother for the drowning.
6. She Murdered her Daughter and is now sorry that she got caught. That's why the tears. Where were the tears when her
Daughter was missing for 31 DAYs? She thought she could get away with it and now she has to try to convince the court that she didn't do it. No doubt she will not get away with it. SHE WILL BE FOUND GUILTY and rightfully so.

We may never know the truth about what happened since she doesn't KNOW how to tell the truth. And I think putting her on the witness stand would just be a real joke and waste of time.
I think she killed her child for two reasons.. #1, Because she wanted the child out of the way so that she could party and #2, because she hated her mother so much. The child obviously favored her grandmother instead of Casey and Casey probably resented this. I can see that the child is uncomfortable with her mother Casey in videos so I don't think they ever bonded.
A question though: Can anybody REALLY prove the child died at the actual hand of her mother, Casey? And did she have help? Did someone else know about this like her brother or the meter reader? There is an obviously WEIRD relationship going on between her and her brother and at one point, they gave eachother a "high-five" and Casey was heard saying to him, "We got mom".
There was a video from jail of her mom in tears and then there was Casey just laughing about it. I thought that was strange..
Casey had mentioned a long time ago that her mom wouldn't let her get an abortion or give it up for adoption even though she didn't want to be a mom.

this is what I think happened. She was a young mother and the child got in the way. I think she was at odds with her parents so took daughter with her to spite her parents then she realized that she couldn't go out & do what she wanted without a sitter for her daughter, which essentially was her parents prior to a fight with them, so instead of leaving daughter in the car while she went clubing or whatever where someone would notice & turn her in she cloraformed her daughter to put her to sleep then she put duct tape over her mouth just in case she would wake up & then put her in the trunk so she was out of sight. Then when she returned after doing whatever she was doing, whether it was a couple hours, a few hours or the next day, the daughter was dead so she ridded of the body. So with that being said, it may have been an accident, however no excuse for a death is justifiable! Hope she gets death. Just my thoughts.

I also think it was an accident, be it the way you described (which sounds VERY feasible to me) or an accidental drowning. I believe she was there when it happened, and she tried to cover it up in any way she could. I think she's guilty because of her actions AFTER the fact. If she weren't guilty then why hide anything? She's a Liar and we probably will NEVER know the truth....... unless, of course, someone pulls a Col. Jessup on her. LOL JMHO

We may never know what happened, but the fact is, Casey was online looking up how to make Chloroform, how to make homemade weapons, and how to break somebody's neck. If she only wanted to keep the girl quiet, she wouldn't have put the duct tape over her nose too, which it was. Someone had also pointed out that there was NO way she would've been able to get that duct tape off the girl's head without cutting off her hair as she had put the tape all around the girl's head. She had NO intention of ever taking that duct tape off and she put it on so that the girl could not breath. This is my opinion though..

If I was innocent of killing my daughter and being accused of it, I wouldn't be sitting there stone cold-faced like she is day after day.. i'd be hysterical telling the judge and everybody in that court house that I was innocent. It certainly looked like she was crying today but I have a VERY big feeling it was because she got caught and she's feeling sorry for herself or perhaps once she started hearing about her little daughter's remains, it started sinking in that it was at HER hand that caused it.
