The 2 felonies that she was charged with due to his making the false statements how she hit him with a bat & broke his arm were dismissed. Our tape recordings of him admitting his lies, made a world of difference. He's facing a ton of new charges now. Prosecutor told her to file for divorce immediately & get out. So now to find the money for a divorce. But it's so much less stressfull here. A special thank you to Shelly for the auction, it will help so much, thank you to all who have helped & all who has bid. We've been under so much stress & so much fnancial strain that this will help much. TTYAL. Love you all

Jaime's lawyer helped her file for divorce today & took a letter to the judge explaining what all has happened & how she has no means of income right now & so forth & asked the judge to waive all costs for this & to go after him for all fees. He's 99% sure it will be approved & if so her divorce can start next week. They pushed the restraining order through today so he will be served probably tomorrow on this, then she filed in small claims court today asking for $5000 for her lawyer fees, bail bond, moving costs & emotional distress. Our wonderful lawyer helped her to write this up & get everything she needs for this, he says she will definitely win on this, so hopefully she can get on with her life & we can get everything straighted out. What an roller coaster ride this has been. Everyone went to Gavyn's ballgame & I stayed home & cleaned house. SILENCE IS GOLDEN LOL. First time I can say I enjoyed running the sweeper! Now his first wife is in town & she's filing for custody of the 12 yr. old. They also charged him with falsifying police reports & are looking into perjury plus other charges. So he should be in a world of financial hurt before all this is over & I don't feel a bit sorry for him. What a piece of crap he is!
