I know you grow a LOT of different things and I'm hoping you can help me with this question as google is giving me opposing opinions on the matter.
Pj planted Sunflowers for Earth Day, they bloomed a few days later and were quite nice. (they were from Kmart and were already grown and budding) When the flowers fell off I showed our grass man where they were so he wouldn't think they were weeds and would cut around them, however, the last time he mowed (on Friday) he mowed them over. :( I didn't even know until PJ asked what happened to his Sunflowers today. My question is will they grow back or did he "kill" them? Would they have grown back if they weren't mowed down or are they a single blooming plant? TY for your time, I really appreciate it! :)
