Someone sent me PP & a fee was taken out as they didn't send it Personal, no-fee. When I inquired about it on here, I was told that if I were to have refused it & refunded that PP the same way, a 30¢ would be taken out upon refund since it wasn't sent no-fee to begin with. PP makes sure they get their money! :(
It would've been best to have refunded it by sending it Personal, no-fee from your own acct.
