I guess they still are.  I cannot find and answer out there on the web or on ebay.  I doubt we should be so lucky that they quit.  I know people were really UPSET!!!  Any insight is helpful.

I shipped a box,  cost me $11 to send and I had only charged the customer 9.99 so I was out the $1 my mistake and another $1 because thats what they charged me.   OUTRAGOUS for sure!<P>By the time paypal and ebay take their share your out like 20%  thats a scam for sure.
