HI I have moderate severe arthritis in my knee which is very painful,I'm getting so I can hardly walk. I need knee replacement but have no insurance till medicare kicks in in 1 1/2 years,I've had 2 shots since last November and they only helped for a couple of weeks I've heard that they can go in with a scope and clean out the arthritis and it helps for a couple of years, need some info like about what it cost how long to recipe and does it really help and how long any info would be appreciated Linda
