Did you know that coffee actually helps reduce the risk of diabetes & liver disease? It is also beneficial to some migraine sufferers as it opens up the blood vessels that are constricted in the head which is the cause of some types of migraine headaches, or headaches in general.
Drinking too much of course can dehydrate (try alternating a cup of coffee w/a glass of water) & possibly cause a person to develop an extra heart beat (not overly harmful in & of itself).
But drinking coffee in moderation is otherwise harmless, & beneficial to boot! :)
I drink Folger's Half Caff. I love coffee so the Half Caff works great for me as I'm not getting too much caffeine to give me the jitters yet I'm getting enough to give me some oomph in the mornings & afternoons. LOL
