deleted...thanks for the advice ladies. 1|1|Document, document, document.....what you do, what responsibilities you have taken on to meet deadlines that your coworkers are not doing (I hope they arent going so far as to take credit for your work!), the discussions you've had with your immediate supervisor, etc.....then go over his head (since he doesnt care anyway) and ask to have a phone conference or meeting with his boss. You dont have to dis him in the meeting, but you can present what is going on in your office and ask for a raise and/or some intervention on his part. Keep your cool, present facts, and don't let your emotions drive the discussion. Best of luck to you, Kelly! The other person who does the same job I do (we split the building, but I actually have a handful more residents than she does) was not doing the job properly, nor doing the full responsibilities.
