Ok, so short story, I bid and won an auction that had no reserve, payed for it within minutes and just receied this email from the seller:

hi im sorry this is my first time selling something on ebay and if you give $80 (with shipping) the phone is yours. I didnt know ebay would sell the item at the ending price. Sorry i will refund your money as well (the one you just sent me)
Um, this is not allowed, am I right?? I won the phone fair and square. I mean I dont want to piss them off or anything but dont they have to send me the phone??

Wow. Ok, since this is your first time selling, thats not allowed on Ebay. If you do not set a reserve price, the final bid is your selling price, thats Ebay's policy. I see you already refunded without hearing from me. I will have to report this to Ebay and leave you negative feedback.
