Without all of my coupons my total came to $61.49. I have one coupon per item. I had exactly the right item for each coupon. Then after my coupons the total was -$7.51. The one CSM at Walmart told me that I can do that. I got into my purse and gave him the copy of the WalMart coupon Policy. He called another CSM to the counter. She read it and said if this is the policy then do it. She called Quality control so that she could reassure the other CSM. That guy came out. She told him what was going on and he looked at her and said yes that is our policy and then looked at me and said Excellent shopping skills will you teach my wife how to shop. I just laughed and said that it was the first time this has happened. He told me to keep up the good habits. The original male CSM that came over gave me a dirty look and said I will not do this again. I was amazed he said that to me in front of Quality Control guy and the other CSM. They just looked at him and rolled there eyes. They told me to have a good day and ignore him that I did nothing wrong. but have had issues at other stores trying to use my coupons and know how frustrating it can be...I have walked out leaving a whole cart of food when they have given me problems.

I have done the same thing to them at walmart but now that I carry the walmart coupon policy on me I don't have any problems. He said it in front of the Quality care guy and he told him he had to. He just said it because every time I go in there and he is working I have coupons. Some of them don't want to scan so they have to put them in. I just hope he doesn't screw over any body else. I have called the Benton office and tell them what happened. They say they will take care of it. I know that if I would of acted like him when I worked at Walmart.
