well, we're off to ft. riley for the day. my soldier son is turning 25 - how in the world can that be when he was just born last sunday??? - so we're going to take him out to eat.
he's served 2 tours in iraq now and i am so very proud of him. his wife is certainly going through some ... i'll just say issues right now, though, so their life together is questionable right now. keep them in your prayers please.
k - i think we're taking him to famous daves in manhattan so i'll post tonight and tell everyone how good the bar-b-q was

well, we got there and his buddies had already taken him to bar-b-q for lunch so we went to a place called Valentino's and had an italian buffet for dinner and ate WAY too much but it was awesome! had a great visit with him though. he looks so good and i'm so proud of him.
