If someone seems to have alot of FREE or unusually high-value coupons they are trading, you may want to check at the site above before making a trade for them. If you see the same coupons up for trade listed at the site above &/or the person trading them refuses to give you the coupon's bar code to check, it might be best for you to pass up the trade as you can also be implicated if you buy/trade from someone making or selling counterfeit coupons.

That the dates & dollar amounts on the fake coupons can somehow be changed by whoever is making them, so what is on the CIC list may not be entirely complete/current.
Something to think about - how would 1 person get ahold of SO many frees or high value coupons?
