If you get an email from Vonage saying your services were canceled you need to call them right away. They sent me an email early this morning saying I canceled my service. I never did so I called right away. Had to go thur a lot of steps to get my service back and running but got a temperary number until I can have my number back. After going thur that process I went back to customer service and others were calling in saying the same thing. All of the cancellations say numbers were transfered. Found out that it is illegal for a company to steal or transfer a number without a customer consint. Right now they have the fraud department and investigation on what is going on. Wow what a morning!! All I wanted to do was get my homework done and some emails but it never really works that way.
