I just worked a twelve hour shift, came home from work, sat down, got on the computer, then tried to get up a few minutes later, and have pains in my back, every time I try to get my butt off the chair. This is not good, and my husband is asleep. The are so bad, I just sit back down again. Yikes.

5|1|Thanks all for your concern. I finally got myself out of the chair last night, and took a muscle relaxer, and naproxen. By morning, it seemed to have fixed itseld. Right now I am on break, from a another 12 hour day, of being on my feet, and hope all is okay, when I come home tonight. I have ongoing issures from a car accident I had when I was 17.
