But two things I did do was first, if there was no feedback link, I would email some of my trading friends privately, and check them out. & when it seems to be a pattern w/the same person claiming not to have received, I think it should be getting reported to Garnette. Especially if the person doesn't have feedback set up as many are unwittingly falling into the same problem w/the same trader.
People are not limited to just filing complaints on trades they themselves didn't receive but complaints can also be reported when it appears a bad "habit" has developed w/the same person repeatedly claiming not to have received.
There might be a miraculous change in the mail delivery if such complaints also start getting reported. ;)

if you have big envelope just newspaper inside look like baggy and it will make you feel better when you send her 14.00 cash along with delivery confirmation.
i did that in past once and post office accepted baggy big envelople along with delivery confirmation to mail.
14.00 is money to lose be safe to send with delivery confirmation then she can't complain if proof of delivery also put tape each side of envelope. it may cost you under2.00 along with delivery dpend on weight.
i did traded with her once and i put tape each side of envelople to mail. she did got my mail. i wish i post on her feedback but no feedback that people want to leave on her feedbackj to say good or bad trade.

This all comes from a lady that on 3-18 made a trade for forms from me and we both agreed and it was mailed by me that day. She sent me a email 2 to 3 days later and said that she wante to cancel the order because she has not opened her mail in a while and the forms that she ordered from me some where in the env and she did not need my forms any more. I saids im sorry I mailed the env all ready as you should off and I told her to trade them her self beacuse Im sorry they are in the mail. She said I guess I will do that . On 3-22 she made another trade with me for the $14.00 and I emailed her and said I dont have your env from the 3-22 trade and she said "well I dont have yours either" I said sorry but I mailed out and you sent me a email and said you got both envs. Then a day goes by and then she said "oh yes I have the last env my son opened the mail and put them away"I told her I still dont have her env. I really think this is her way at trying to get back at me for the 1st env that she did not want beacuse she had the forms and she dosnt open her mail on the same day she gets it.
You said you were sick and then you said your son mailed now this. Sorry you felt like you had to do this but if people would email me asking about you I would have a few great stories about you . I have been on this board for a long time and Im not going any place just because some of you dont like me. There are some people on this board that are not favorite people either but I'm hear to have fun not to bash people like alot of you do daily. It would help protect from taking a loss, if the money order does not get there you can report it lost and get your money back. I am sorry this has happen to you! It has happen to me before also mailing cash and now I will only mail small cash up to $2 only through the mail, as I work hard for my money as we all do and cannot afford to take a loss.

for one thing...with a check you will see when it was cashed and by who..and where...
money order..you have to put a tracer on it..and i think it's like $15 to do so..
so if the person will take a check..I would go that route.

Hi, everyone! Unless I absolutely 100% trusted the trader, I would not send a personal check to anyone that I felt was "iffy" about things. With the routing numbers and bank account information on the bottom of the check, the wrong person could do a lot of damage to you financially. Not saying that anyone here would do that BUT I have family that dealt with that issue and it was a nightmare to get the money back from the bank.

If I had that problem, I would NOT trade cash via mail.....there are other alternatives.....

however, there were some that did. If it was on my end, I made it up or refunded money and usually, it's been really amicable but frustrating for both sides when a trades gotten lost in the mail. I'd say anything over $7 should definitely have DC on it. It's just seems like too much of a loss. For $2 trades, it's not too bad. But I do agree that there is definitely something not right about the mail in the last year. In 2011, I have already had one trade to me get lost, and one trade that I mailed get lost. It's only April and I'm not a huge trader. Another one took just about 2 weeks to get to me. Luckily, I still had time on the refund form to get it in. USPS does need to get it's act together. We all have that freedom, if we deem it appropreate, to our experience. Honest traders have nothing to fear, when it comes to there feedback link. I have personally , in just last few days decided to not trade with anyone, who does not have a feedback link. I am not trying to fuel the fire, and I am glad she finally set up a link, but I don't think it's fair she said that any feedback should be from April 2011 and beyond. Well then she shouldn't be able to say she's been trading her for years and has had many good trades, after all, she said that anything before April 2011 doesn't count, so why is it because she has had great trades in the past, those should count? I really don't think that's fair, if she wants the feedback to be from April 2011 and beyond, then she should be handled as a new trader, now if she is okay with people posting feedback from the past (negative or great) then I can understand when she says she has had many great trades here. I noticed some people did post negative feedback and she's upset and said c'mon that was in 2008 or whenever, but what about the people that posted and said they've had great trades in the past with her, those shouldn't count either then :) JMHO!!!!!

ETA: People need to NOT be afraid to leave negative feedback when it's appropriate, such as when a trade wasn't received, or when the other trader claims not to receive it (so it can be documented should there be a pattern of "missing" trades). TWO weeks is the commonly allowed time frame in which to wait for a trade to arrive - 3-4 days is not a reasonable enough time frame.

Just in the past couple of months someone sent me cc and I never got it and she had to resend and second time I think it came with delivery confirmation. Also a trader says they never got coupons I sent to them so they must have got lost somewhere so I did refund her paypal and I am out the postage I used to mail it and the coupons. I have the receipt from when I mailed it out to her but I don't know what to do in a case like that as it has never happened to me before. So I just refunded her money. Things do get lost and or delivered to other households by mistake and who knows what people do when they get someone elses mail. I got a box of checks once for the guy down the street, my address is 706 and his is 806 so postal people do make mistakes.
