To make a very long & detailed issue short, a trader on these boards has convinced herself that because I used stamps.com to print postage onto her envelope & through there software sent an email confirmation of the printed postage with a tracking # SOMEHOW I am responsible for stamps.com taking $15.98 out of her account!
The money was taken out apparently the same day I sent the email confirmation?? So?
What has that got to do with me I ask? The accusation nightmare has been going on via emails & phone calls for several days now & I'm now very upset, annoyed & even angry at this point!
I know, stamps.com, knows & USPS knows that money cannot be taken out of anyone's account without their credit card #. AND why would they take money out for a free service? How could they possibly get bank details from me printing postage or sending an email.
Now I'm wishing that I'd stuck with endicia.com postage then I wouldn't be involved in this whole ridiculous saga.
This whole thing is beyond ridiculous & I'd really like to hear from other stamps.com users on here please publicly, if only to try to get through to this person that what they are saying is IMPOSSIBLE!!

If someone has an issue, emails you over the issue & asks for your phone # to resolve the issue are they not involving you?
