I've read that the solid vitamins do not break up in your stomach very well. I take the gummy vits for adults. I don't have any proof that these are better than the other brands but I like them. They're called Your Life.

I have heard the same thing about the hard pills. I do not like taking meds to begin with but I have to take 4 to 6 shots of insulin a day so adding a vitamin won't be that bad. I guess. I will definite check into the Your Life vitamins.
