When we came through there on our way back from Fl., we went right through this area. Couldn't believe what we saw.
We counted at least 28 cops cars, some were SUV's and other were marked and unmarked cars. Had tons of cars pulled over. Just about every 1/2 mile or so, there they were all set up. Chase cars all over the place.
NEVER IN MY ENTIRE LIFE HAVE I EVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THAT BEFORE. UTTERLY AMAZING. You'd think that once they passed the first set-up they would keep the speed down, but no, seems motorist must have felt safe and thought the first set-up was the only one. We had ours in cruise control and was doing just a little over the speed limit (like 2 miles over)
So if ever your in that area, beware. They are out to get you!
