It really hits home that she will be leaving soon for college. Although I will hide that from her because everything we have done together has been leading up to her moving on.  She's talking about a state school, but her teachers want her to aim for Ivy League (which are almost all across the country) as she has a pretty good chance of getting a full ride somewhere.  I want her to do what will give her the best opportunities so I have been talking up some of those schools in the east.  Who was it that said that having a kid is the closest thing you can get to having your heart run around outside of your body?  That sums it up!  I feel for all of you!  Wish I had words that would make you feel better.  I guess I better start searching for them for myself for next year, LOL!<P>

She's so excited for school to start and her and her best friend will have a dorm together so that helps alot.  Just tough she's my baby. It's been<BR>very hard on me.. Travis has been out of the house for 2 years now...<BR>and it's always been hard on me....Haley will be 15 soon and i dread that. <BR>My babies are growing up.  BUT we have to be strong for them.  Hang in there!!
