I sell on ebay to make some extra $ I obviously do not make a living off of it, but I am so sick of these non paying buyers, its seems to be more frequent. I sold an item on 3/13 I never got a payment so on the 20th I filed a non payment with ebay, my listings say I expect payment in 2 days or some form of contact. So on 3/22 the person paid, I mailed on 3/23, on 3/25 I get a statement from paypal saying they refunded the buyer her money. why? I have absolutely no idea. USPS shows the package was recieved on the 25th. So what did I do wrong? I am just so mad, not sure if the lady was stating she never got it or what, but the fact that she did not pay until the 22nd when did she expect the package to come? later that afternoon? Has happen to me a couple of times all through e-bay customers. Also I don't know if it is just for sellers on e-bay that have a store, but I know there is a setting where payment must be made immediatly when purchasing buy in now items, I hawve bought from people recently that had it set up that way...thought it was great no payment delayed and didn't bother me as a customer as I always pay right away anyway.
