Just got done taking my dog for a walk. (She is 11 years old and has heart failure...still does good doesn't know she is sick) She loves her walks. We walk the same path most every night. I always pick up after her and if and when we get off the road (cars, etc) we stay on the public owned foot or so. We tonight we were walking and I had seen this truck driving around. It then spoted me and stopped thought he wanted to ask directions. Said he lived in such and such a house and wanted me and my dog to stay off his property. The most we did was walk across the edge of his drive way and she did smell his trash can. Wow the nerve of some people. They have a big dog and 3 small boys. Must be hard to live in that house! Just had to rant. And while it festered in me for a little while I learned to let it go quickly. He has a problem and you did nothing to deserve unkind words. Just keep enjoying your dog and ignore him. We have a friend who has a little weiner dog. Once when he was walking it around his neighborhood a guy starts yelling at him, saying his dog is leaving pooops on his lawn. The poops were HUGE and obviously not from my friend's weiner dog. Well, my friend decides to just leave it alone and stop walking by that guys house. A week later, they open their front door to a big pile of dog poop! Right on their doormat. Unbelievable. That was the only thing that happened because my friend went over and talked to the wife (since the jerk husband) wasn't home. Told her it wasn't their weiner dog doing the pooping. The jerk's wife apologized, saying the husband is an officer and under alot of stress. Said she'd talk to him. Nothing else happened, but sheese!
Sorry to hear you had this problem. Its upsetting to say the least. Just keep enjoying your walks with your little friend.

I was walking her down my block this guy came out of his house and said to me, you better pick up your dogs poop. I than pulled out of my pocket at ton of poop bags I carry, and I said to him see look, I always pick up my dogs poop, what do you think these bags are for?!! Some people are such jerks!!

Neighbor said my dogs came in his yard, I said what is the deal
Your dogs come in our yard. 2 days later, his dogs were sitting on my front
porch, he was like I'm sorry etc. I said it isn't a problem. They are just
animals and it doesn't bother me at all.
