Well, I just got out of the hospital.... I was in the mental ward for trying to commit suicide... I took 90 xanax. They said I am lucky to be alive.Still very depressed but not suicidal.. so they let me come home as long as my mom keeps my meds at her house. just wanted to let everyone know where I have been the last 6 days. Ty all for caring but i now know not to try it again, being in a mental ward is no fun

You matter to all of us! I think Angie said what I would tell you which is to look for one small, tiny thing and do your very best to try to be present in the moment for it. Whether it is feeling the sun on your face, or how bright the daffodils are, or if you have a pet how very soft their fur feels and let that small thing feel soothing. Know you can keep looking for small things all day long, but it begins with one.

My grandfather committed suicide in 76 just a year before I was born. Sometimes I get really depressed, but would never take my life, because I have awesome friends/family that care about me.
