Been feeling kind of ick all week. Started out one day feeling feverish & warm & now I have a cough w/some burning in my chest. Ugh! I've been trying to self-medicate w/Vitamin C & Echinachea hoping to keep it from getting any worse, besides my usual Vitamin D3 & Calcium supplements.
Why can't people stay home when they're sick instead of going out & about spreading their crappy germs to everyone else?!

Not sure which is worse, the sweating, chest burning when I cough or my scalp feeling like all the nerve endings are on the outside so even my hair hurts.
Or worse yet, the temp being 55° outside today & not feeling up to being out there to enjoy it. Poo!
