One that doesn't feed their cows a bunch of chemicals & drugs, so I could buy directly from that farmer. At least then I'd know for sure the farmer was actually getting all the money from their labors & I wouldn't have to worry about all the crud that's put into it.
I have a farmer behind me but he has Jerseys which are well-known for producing pretty rich milk, more for creams like butter, cheese, etc.

one week and the next $2.98 a gal and more depending where you go. they say it is cause of the gas prices going up that the drivers are paying more and so the dairies etc., right down to the consumer.
it fluctuates back and forth.
