Last time I tried to use those excedrin coupons and coffee mate. Had problems with both but when
the excedrin coupons wouldnt work, he said "we cant take printed coupons anymore" so I said
they are NOT printed and they came right from the company. Well he had to fiddle with the register to get them to
work. I swear everytime I try and use coupons they give me a problem.It makes me not want to shop and use the coupons at their stores.

just because they always gave me problems. I've started back every now and then and it's been better. But they go over every coupon with a fine tooth comb. They sure do fear taking a expired coupon or coupon for a wrong item. They match up everything (which is fine because mine always match), but a atomosphere like that comes from the top. called manager to look a cp i was using....saying i couldnt use more than one......even if it was just..one coupon per item......and she said...im afraid to take
them without asking...i had a note waiting for me this morning when i came in......she pulled the note from her pocket.......it was basically a warning....
saying she had taken a coupon that didnt match....sz or something...and they keep a record and if she continue to make those mistakes action would be taken......

I am amazed that they are allowing overage in writing and would think we all should buy enough items to soak it up rather than expect cash back. I can foresee this could end very quickly if managers are complaining they are handing cash back even if the policy is pretty clear on that.
I don't think I have ever been excited to shop at Walmart in my life. This has me looking at them for the first time as a store to consider shopping at. The few times I have tried to use coupons before have always ended badly, so I will be printing the policy and keeping in on me.

but then it says:
"Walmart does not accept the following coupons:
* Competitors' coupons for dollars/cents or percentage off"
So if it doesn't accept "Competitors' coupons for dollars/cents or percentage off"
then why does it say right above it that it accepts catalinas? Aren't catalinas "competitor's coupons"? and aren't catalinas "dollars/cents off" coupons?

Sometimes they will have a store logo on them, but they are paid for by manufacturers. As long as they have an address for walmart to send them to, they are supposed to now accept them.
So far though I am reading about all sorts of troubles for consumers who are shopping there, so your experience may differ! 11|3|They are catagorizing the 'competitors coupons' as the ones out of the sales ads, I believe...like the Walgreens coupons, or grocery store coupons, that would NOT say Manufacturers Coupon on them.
