Surgery went well recovery after surgery not so good 6 hours after surgery talking to my son and husband telling joke next thing I know I am in ICU they thought I had a stroke. MRI was closed so they did cat scan it showed the left side of my brain went black next morning took mri and brain is white again. I spent 3 days in ICU just to be sure I was ok. I am back to my normal self again LOL. Plan to go home from hospital changed to going to swing bed in Princeton husband was scared I would have another attack and he could not handle it. Well my advice to anyone in my part of KY stay away from Cadwell hospital far away that is where I went for swing bed recovery. Talk about incompentent people. It was a nightmare from the start. I got there at 11 am the person who took my orders via fax from the other hospital could not find them and then she did not fill in the orders right there was nothing stating I could have pain meds I went from 11 am till 11pm without any pain meds not good for someone 3days after total knee replacement. I was given pills that were not what I was on . One head nurse told me I did not have a total knee replacement only a scope and told me she knew more about what was wrong with me than I did. Folks it only got worse and all I can say is stay away form that hospital. I am home now feeling a bit sore but doing great with physical theropy at the trover clinic 3 days a weak. And being home makes all the difference for sure. Thank you all for your prayer and thoughts. I know they were with me for sure. Well I am about to get cought being up and on the computer so I have to go. Hope to be on soon miss my coupons and going to sales for sure ( the hardest part of the whole thing LOL) 1|1|Welcome back, Nancy! :) Sounds like you had some bumps on the road to your recovery, but so glad you are home now.....I am appalled at the experience you had the hospital rehab! the little girl that used to be my sons gf went there....they told her she was having a panic attack.....next day she died!!
id trust the animal hospital first.........
glad u are doing better........stay away from that stupid place!
