I had $23 in ups so rolled them over and got 23 different snack items and got my $23 back in ups. Good deal better get them today before they are all gone or they put a limit on them. Are you asking if you buy those other food items will you get a $1 up reward? The answer would be mostly no. There is a list of monthly food UP reward items and they are very specific (and do not include any of the things you mentioned). If you are asking if you can use the $1 food up you get to buy more food then yes, you can! You can either roll them along by buying things that give you more rewards or you can by whatever you like with them.
