I was wondering whatever happened to letting your trader know when you've received their end? I'd say at least half the people I trade with never do this. Those of us who try and keep records, it really helps to tie up the loose ends so that a month later, if that trader emails and says, "hey, I never got my end", we can go back to see if that trade was complete etc... I keep all my on-going trades in a trader folder on my computer and when I get their end, I email them to let them know and then I can delete it.. but, what if they haven't received mine yet? It leaves everything hanging when they don't let me know.. I think it's not only this, but common curtsy. I will hold a trade email "the finalization" in my trader folder for a whole month and if I don't hear from the trader, then I just naturally assume they got my end.. I then delete it.. This past month I have a pile to delete that never lmk they got my end...

I wish people would just RE: with a quick "Got it" or even simply leave on feedback. I hate to delete the emails if I don't know for sure they got it.

Another thing is this. If you read their ad and answer it, asking if they still have the forms or whatever offered and letting them know you're interested, many don't reply back. It would be nice if they could take a second to at least lyk that "no, sorry, i'm all out" sort of thing.. What happens if you see more then one person offering the same forms? You don't want to have two of the same trades going at the same time, so you're waiting on one to find out if she still has the forms and she never gets back to you.. again, this is just common curtsy.

I have 7 soon to be eight kids. I work part time nearly full time. Half the time I'm not here when the mail comes or even more then half nowadays. I do the best I can but more often than not I just don't tell people. I look at it this way if I'm not emailing you complaining I didn't get it in two weeks you can assume I did.

extra curricula activities, and dh's doctors appointments.......I don't always remember to do feedback.....I try....and often times, I don't receive feedback....

to contact the person and tell them I received their end of the trade. To be honest, I'm not that organized. I trade on several boards, sometimes I don't know what board the person is from, what the username is, etc... I don't keep a record of trades at all. If someone doesn't receive something, they will let you know. Otherwise, assume they received it and all is well.
