I'm new at printing coupons... are we not suppose to make copies of them? I've been printing and then I keep the original and then make copies... is this not what I should do? I just realized on some of them there are codes on the right upper side. Does this mean that we can only use the original? I didn't mean to do anything wrong.. I honestly didn't even think I was doing anything wrong... can someone please tell me? Thanks. If we can't make copies, is there a way that we can print or use more then one?

2|1|Just my opinion but I think you are only supposed to use the original. Some internet prints will let you print two copies. Ways to get others. If you have more than one computer, print it from both. Ask friends and family to print them on thir computer. 3|2|OMG! NO, you are absolutely NOT supposed to make copies and use them. Your store will NOT be reimbursed if it is caught up with (which is the point in the security numbers....those are specific to YOUR ONE coupon)...ALSO...you usually have to give some info to GET the coupon....so, it can be lead back to you. Some manufacturers have disabled certain email addies from their lists if they are caught doing that. AND most importantly...bricks and coupon limits are there for a reason. It allows the manufacturer to control the number of coupons they distribute. If Kraft puts out a coupon and agrees to 50,000 prints. Once those 50,000 are printed the link is disabled. If multiple persons make copies of those coupons (multiple copies) they can (and have!!) stop payment on the coupons. once they reach the amount of coupons they expected this to cost them....they simply refuse payment on any more that come in. This results in the stores being stricter and stricter in their acceptance of IPs. They are more likely to take a loss in redemption denial on IPs because of the practice of copying them. It is no different than making copies of the Sunday inserts.....no more ethical and no more moral. She showed me her copies and her binder and all and even tried to give me some coupons. I quickly told her about the "serial numbers" (I really don't know what else to call them) and showed her WHY we're not supposed to copy them. I know she still used them that day, what happened after that I don't know. All of the coupons she gave me I tossed. I would have no part of it!
Now, as for Target internet printables............. NOT THE TARGET SS PRINTABLES............. I do make copies of those. But those are store coupons and don't have any "different" serial numbers on them so I really don't think that matters. I also make copies of the Publix store coupons as well. Again, these don't have any serial numbers on them so I really don't think it matters. But SS printables........ oh no! no no no, we are NOT supposed to copy those.

I'll bet that if we were sitting in front of eachother for real, you'd all smack me a good one eh? THANK YOU SOOOO much for all your replies.. You've all helped me immensely and THANK GOODNESS I hadn't had a chance to go to the store with any copies I had made. I immediately threw them all away and have only the originals now. I am not a big coupon user but i'm trying to start being. If i'd been a big coupon user, I probably would've already taken the copies to the store already. Now, Smartsource is another thing.. I can't figure out where I had done anything wrong that they would deny me access but apparently I did something I don't even know.. I've emailed them about it. If I knew and was dishonest, I certainly wouldn't have emailed them.. but here's a thing... I just got this system from someone else who was a coupon user.. I had to replace my old system. Do you think that's what the problem is? They recognize this system?

8|2|Lesson learned, Liz....there are more rules to couponing than most people realize :) As for the computer belonging to someone else previously, I dont know if that has anything to do with it as the coupon programs read your ISP, unless the program downloaded a 'block' of some kind onto the computer?
