Someone bought those two Emfamil coupons from me and then gave me a neutral rating saying "I" gave them the wrong coupon. I looked back and I listed the coupons correctly. She must have thought she was buying $5 off ANY can of powder, which was what one of them was. The other was $5 of INFANT powder. She gave me a neutral. I just responded simply, saying "The coupon was listed as described".
That kinda irked me. But it looks like neutrals don't count against your score???

But the DSR's (detailed seller ratings) that the buyer leaves when giving you feedback can lower your visibility in search and affect discounts if you're a top seller.

The buyer demanded her .99 back and opened a dispute. Whatever...it's not worth the fight. I just refunded her money.
How annoying...

There is always someone out there who complains, doesn't get it, etc. If everyone was polite and honest it would go a long way. I just had a message from someone that said "WHERE IS MY ITEM!!" I bought ----- & ---- from you and you only sent -----. Where is the other item. I sent back a message that I put both in same mailing was the envelope damaged. Got a response back it's here never mind. Some people just don't think before they fire off an all caps complaint.
