Long story short, my netbook crashed for the 3rd time 2 weeks ago. I just got it back again last night and they actually replaced the hard drive this time. The thing is, its diffrent than before. Before when I would hover over the blue e for the IE on the task bar, it would show little windows for each one that was open, now it just shows the the links. Does anyone know how to change it back to the little windows? TIA!!

Went thru every part of that in Control Panel and still couldnt figure it out, ended up searching Windows help forum and found the answer, some how the areo (or something like that) preview had been turned off and I had to turn it back on.
