It's exactly the kind of exercise tape that I wanted: real people (some older, some heavier, some young, some very fit) doing exercises to songs that I know and love:<P>I Wanna Dance with Somebody<P>Let's Hear it for the Boys<P>True Colors<P>Like a Virgin<P>and some others.<P>I used to have a Sweatin' to the Oldies VHS tape years ago and always enjoyed it.  Didn't know they now have DVD's.<P>Was telling the girls at Curves about it yesterday and two of them left Curves and went right to Rite Aid to pick up a DVD.<P>
