snowing all day here in NH, so was in the baking mood. I made loaf of banana nut bread, batch of blueberry muffins & batch of streusel nut muffins using coconut flour - so yummy & filling!! The almond flour pizza with all fresh ingreds is really good. Could probably eat the whole thing myself.
Has to be made with homemade pizza sauce. Much more flavorful.
I don`t use the almond flour for the pizza, but just use raw almonds, dehydrate them myself, and then
grind them for the crust. Is good with just cinnamon on the crust as a dessert.

and that is what she made. It was soo good. I came home and made one, but didn`t taste as good as hers. :)
I do have the recipe if you want? Calls for raw almonds, that you have to dehydrate, but pretty sure
you can just use the almond flour. She has all that fancy stuff to grind, dehydrate, etc. I have to
do it the old way. But works just the same. She only gets the raw organic ones from California. Very
pricey~
Off hand all the crust is , is almond flour, eggs and butter (can substitute butter with coconut oil, goose fat,
duck fat or yogurt or creme fraiche)
