Garlic juice first

If that doesn`t work

try
raw honey. Not the stuff in the stores. It has to be "RAW", like from a farmer, or someone who does not heat
it up.

or try
coconut oil

The garlic juice is actually used on gardens to kill bugs, insects, etc. So surely should work on that

The raw honey, I do know works on rashs, because I had a few and worked just by putting directly onto the spot.

The coconut oil, I also have used on rashs and worked as well.

Hope this helps.. :)

Just apply directly onto the spot(s)

I had two different occasions where I did this and worked wonders. If bactria can`t live in Raw honey
then I would surely think that ringworms, or any other kind of bugs, insects, etc wouldn`t~

Many many years before meds, this is what they used for wounds, cuts, etc, that were infected~ :)

Hope this helps and works for you. Works wonders on spider bits as well as bee stings . Even skin
irritations.

If you try
the garlic juice, it can only be found at a health food store as far as I know. Works wonders for all types of
other bugs, such as dust mites, fleas, ticks, etc. There are many many other uses for it as well.

The vet prescribed tablets for the cats that we had to give them for SIX weeks!!! I got spooked cuz I'd been sleeping with the new cats before we found out what they had.....and went to an emergency care clinic. I got a prescription anti-fungal. Not cheap but worth it for the mental peace.

Other than that, I'd recommend using the lamasil or lotrimin.

Basically the doctors told me that most home remedies won't get totally rid of it...of course, doctors tend to always think that only meds work on anything. LOL

Best of luck to you though.....you have my sympathy. And you might want to check any animals you have for signs and get treatment for the dog you think is carrying it.

I would just go to the doctor for this. We adopted a mother cat and unweaned baby who both had ringworm (although I did not know it at the time.) My young son ended up getting it so we treated OTC Lotromin. He was very young w/ fine blondish white hair (still 'baby hair') and I noticed a scabbed over balding patch that I worried about. Took him to the Dermotologist and discovered ringworm on his scalp which is near impossible to treat w/out Grisoflavin (sp?) which is a hardcore anti-fungal you take orally. Poor sweetheart son had to be on 2 doses, and had to have blood drawn to monitor his liver (?) levels. I would NOT recommend home remedies due to our experiences.

I think you are right about not messing with it. Probably best to take the dog and the human to a doctor. I thought I read somewhere it can get into your blood too, not totally sure but I wouldn't want to find out the hard way. That was really scary on the scalp! Thank God it didn't go to the brain!!!!

the ones on my hub is starting to dry up after we got the other ringworm meds....of course he is paranoid.....and says he dont think they

are better..........but they are.....

and he has no new spots 10|5|Yes definately thank God! Keep using the meds til its gone even if it looks better. Can't be too safe! I know what ya mean about the hands. I get sick really easy and am a bit of a germaphobe and wash my hands alot. Avon silicone glove is good stuff for the painful chapped hands. I would just be afraid I was trapping the stuff in the medicine was supposed to take out! :-)|wegogo|mike15461@gmail.com|12:09:51|01/31/2011|
