was told my coupons were too dark and even when the cashier punched in the numbers the coupon still would not come off
and the cashier kept the coupons
i told mom that was NOT right of them to do that even if the coupon would not work

so any help would be great plus might help me save some ink

Go To:

My Computer

Control Panel

Printers

Right Click on you printer

Choose Printing Preferences

Choose Basics Tab

Click on Advanced Features

You will see Ink Volume and Dry Time You can adjust them here.

You can also try this:

Under the Printing Preferences choose Paper/Quality Tab

You will see print quality on the right. Choose Fast Normal. This usually helps mine.

Hope this helps you.
