The doctor gave me more bad news as i was being discharged!!! Please keep me in your prayers and pray nothing else happens!!! He said that he wished he would have done the longer incision, but the shorter recovery time is what he was aiming for, but he had to let me know that he made a mistake during surgery and he leaked some bile into my abdomen. I wanted to cry. he also said there is a 1 in 10 chance of infection because of this and i may have to come back in for a drain to remove it. i know i have keep an eye out for fever and pain, not sure of all the symptoms .... i just hope i will know the difference, because i am in pain still from being split open and having really hot flashes... but not a fever ... i am thinking that is from the morphine wearing out of my body.
