It's about time for us to do healthy stuff and this just takes away that old argument that WW pasta doesn't taste good... maybe there is hope for us as we go gently into those elderly years... maybe I'll cook that 3 month old spaghetti squash I really, really, had every intention of eating instead of a ho-ho or a suzy q... rofl
