All I want to eat is pickles! And not just any, the stupid small Vlasic ones that are $3+ a jar...
I will eat a jar a day without even thinking... It is getting expensive! LoL

It started when I was about 7 months pregnant and has not let up... It actually have gotten worse!
Anyone know if it is the sign of something else? Jeromy is freaked that the doctor is going to tell me my blood pressure is up when we go this week (his doctor, my first time seeing him) for my first visit. LoL

I tried to not eat them, but it is like I am obsessed! LoL

5|3|I've read that also Joy...I was anemic when I was younger, not sure if I am now or not, I had been checked for it a few years ago and was told I wasn't, but that may have changed. I told my NP and she looked at me and told me that was
a picca,(sp)She checked my blood and guess what? My iron

17|3|If you want to see if you are anemic pull down the bottom of your eyes and see what color it is. If its really pale you are more than likely anemic. If its a darker pink no troubles. You can also look there for clumpy looking things which means you have allergies. While you are there if theres a ring around the outer edge of the color of your eye (yellowish) you have high cholesterol. If you are tired it could be low iron anemia or b-12 anemia . If its b-12 you are tired , gain weight and have crackie peelies in the corners of your mouth like chapping. and while you are looking in the mirror look at your ears... If you have an up and down line in front of your earring hole you are prone to heart trouble. And if the outer 3rd of your eyebrows or thinning eyelashes its a thyroid problem. 21|5|Start out with a good multi vitamin. I like Life Extension Mix the best. They are one thing I actually will spend real money on but I feel so much better when I take them. If you don't want to spend that much just get a good multi, even left over prenatals are ok, and break it in half and take one half with breakfast and the other half mid to late afternoon when you start feeling that slump. That way you won't pee out the excess as only so much can be absorbed at one time. You will get more out of it and your money's worth if you do the half thing. If you are already taking a multi add a b12 or get some bloodwork done (you can do these without a dr perscription) to test your b12 and iron levels. If yopu don't have insurance its sheaper without the dr.
