I have a friend who is going through a really tough time and I would like to do something nice for her.
She absolutely LOVES Spanish Bar Cake and we can no longer find it in the States. I have been told, though, that it is available in Canada.
All I know about it is that it was made by Jane Parker and sold at A & P stores. It is like a spice loaf that has raisins in it and some kind of vanilla frosting.
